We are looking for the following position to be based in Fuzhou

工作地点在福州的以下职位:

 

Station Head : 1

    

Role Purpose

 

Manage, plan and monitor ground operations at station in a safe and secure environment, in compliance with the regulatory requirements, company policies and safety and security requirements. Responsible to ensure service delivery is in accordance to company service standards while meeting the company’s on time performance, customer and financial objective.

 

  Responsibilities:

 

·        Ensure that handling services provided to Malaysia Airlines flights by GHA are performed in accordance with the appropriate and agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) and handling agreements and charges match services provided.

·        Ensure on-time departures at the station.

·        Manage station baggage performance in terms of timely delivery, delayed, lost, damaged and pilferage cases.

·        Ensure nil documents violations.

·        Ensure excess baggage collection target is achieved.

·        Compliance to Station Regulatory Audit Process.

·        Ensure all the mandatory manuals are available and they are accessible and updated at all times.

·        Attend all meetings with GHA, staff, Airport Authority, Government Agencies and Airport Operations Committee (OCC) as and when required and to update Regional Head the developments and issues at station.

·        Ensure maintenance of the Station Emergency Respond Plan (SERP) and execute/implement SERP as and when required.

·        Prepare station Monthly/Weekly/Daily report as requested.

·        Liaise with various departments at respective station to ensure smooth handling of Malaysia Airlines passengers and aircraft e.g Operations Control Centre, In-flight Operations (Catering), MABKargo, Engineering, Ramp, service providers/customer airlines, airport authority, local civil aviation and government. Agencies.

 

 

Requirements:

 

·        Industry working experience in Customer Service area

·        Be able to work independently and speak fluent English

·        Ability to work under pressure and long hours

·        Able to handle difficult passengers

·        College diploma or above degree

·        Good communication and interpersonal skills

·        High computer literacy and excellent presentation skills

·        Self-motivated and high results-oriented
