Documentation

Key Responsibility
 Process and complete the related documents of shipments timely and correctly
 Accomplish the related works of documents releasing in efficient and professional manner
 Achieve the requirement of data quality
 Well communication and cooperation with the colleagues and the customers

Requirements
* College graduated
* At least 1 year experience in forwarding industry
* Basic sea-freight forwarding knowledge
* Be good at English speaking and writing
* Familiar with MS Office application
* High sense of responsibility
* Good communication skill

Customer Service

Key Responsibility
 Handle the shipments timely and professionally, make sure the shipment to be arranged efficiently and safely
 Ensure the reasonable GP gained of each shipment
 Well communication & cooperation with carriers and overseas colleagues
 Well communication with customers
 Manage to settle the accident in efficient and professional manner

Requirements
* College graduated
* At least 3 year operation experience in international forwarder
* Excellent command both of oral and written English
* Familiar with MS Office application
* Proactive and high sense of responsibility
* Excellent communication and presentation skill
* Customer oriented
